Chapter III Teaching Management Article 8 Succession of academic experience of old Chinese medicine experts is a special teaching work. It should focus on practicing with teachers and cultivating professional skills, combining teaching and self-study, practice and theory, inheritance and organization, and giving full play to the enthusiasm of both instructors and successors. 3. Write a paper summarizing the instructor's academic experience, at least one paper published in academic journals at or above the provincial level each year, and one paper published in a national professional journal in three years.

4. At the end of the inheritance period, submit a comprehensive summary of the instructor's academic experience and technical expertise of more than 30,000 words of the final dissertation for the defense and publication of choice. Article XII in order to promote the inheritance work, the provinces and cities should be organized once a year the exchange of teaching experience. The state may carry out academic exchanges and award evaluation activities through relevant academic organizations.
