Consider whether the quality of steam is not good, i.e., the steam sent into the inner chamber of the sterilizer steam with water vapor is more than a complete vaporization of pure steam, of course, it is easy to wet package;
You look at whether the sterilizer drain pipe where there is a buildup of water, if there is a buildup of water, it may affect the preheating and replacement efficiency;
If the above are confirmed to be okay, it may be the performance problem of the sterilization device itself.
If the above are confirmed to be no problem, it may be the performance of the sterilizer itself, the inner chamber temperature is not enough, the pressure is too low, the temperature rise is too slow and so on, may lead to. If you have the conditions, put the temperature probe of the temperature verification instrument to monitor its temperature, if there is no verification hole on the equipment, it can only be the first school of its own probe is accurate, and then the equipment shows the operating temperature and pressure to judge;
There is also a possibility that you are too much of your own sterilized items loaded too close to the loading method is unreasonable, resulting in the condensation of the local vapor, try to reduce the loading density to see;
It is also possible that you are too much of your own sterilized items loaded too dense, the loading method is unreasonable, leading to local condensation, try to lower the loading of Try to reduce the loading density to see;
If the above checks are no problem, then we can only try to extend the drying phase of the program time, more drying and pumping a few times, penetration to keep the time set longer, to try to improve the dryness of the sterilized items.
