Lin & Lee is headquartered in Shenzhen, China, and employs more than 6,000 people globally, with branches in 32 major cities in China and 18 subsidiaries in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Turkey, India, and other countries, and a strong network of distributors and service providers around the world. In October 2007, LAM LEE was approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology to establish the "National Engineering and Technology Research Center for Medical Diagnostic Instruments". With the responsibility of leading the development of national medical equipment, Lin & Lee is moving towards the goal of becoming a world-class enterprise.

With more than 140 first-class researchers and an internationalized R&D management system, Lin & Lee has the largest R&D team and the strongest overall development capability in China's medical device industry. At Lin & Lee, as many as 36% of our employees work in the R&D system on a variety of clinical applications, and more than 60% of our R&D engineers have a master's degree or higher, making us the largest and most capable team in the medical device industry in China today.

Lin & Lee insists on investing 10% of its annual turnover to support product innovation and development, and has established an R&D management platform that is in sync with international standards. Lin & Lee has an R&D management process that complies with CE, FDA standards and ISO systems. The development process is controlled and managed by a committee of experts, and all products are designed in accordance with relevant international standards during the product development process, and comprehensive special tests (including EMC, safety, environmental, etc.) are conducted for verification, so that the safety and reliability of the products are fully guaranteed.

In December 2002, the "National Engineering Research Center for Medical Diagnostic Instruments" of the Ministry of Science and Technology was successfully established in LinLi. After 3 years of establishment and operation, the center was formally established in 2008 by the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China. It marks a brand new mechanism for LinLi to lead and enhance the technology research and development process of domestic medical equipment industry
