Difference between frosted and non-frosted glass slides

About one third of the glass slides are frosted. The remaining smooth part is used for making, and the frosted part can be used for anti-skid or marking. After all, it is impossible to carry markers at any time. I tried to write easily on it with a pencil, and it didn't fall easily.

Microscope slide is a thin and flat glass sheet with a thickness of 7526 mm (3 1 inch), about 1 mm, which is usually used for fixed microscope inspection. Usually, an object is mounted (fixed) on a glass slide, and then both are inserted into a microscope for observation. This arrangement allows a plurality of objects mounted on a slide to be quickly inserted into and removed from the microscope, labeled, transported and stored in a suitable slide box or folder, and so on.
