Civil service medical examination is more strict. The reasons are as follows:

The physical examination items are general examination:
Internal medicine, surgery, otolaryngology, ophthalmology, gynecology (married) examination (according to the physical examination form item by item).
Medical examination requirements:
(a) Organic heart diseases such as rheumatic heart disease, cardiomyopathy, coronary heart disease, congenital heart disease, Keshan disease, and so on, are not qualified. Those with congenital heart disease not requiring surgery or cured by surgery are qualified.
(2) Blood pressure within the following ranges, qualified: systolic blood pressure 90mmHg-140mmHg (12.00-18.66Kpa); diastolic blood pressure 60mmHg-90mmHg (8 .00-12.00Kpa).
(c) Blood disorders, failure. Simple iron deficiency anemia with hemoglobin higher than 90g/L for men and 80g/L for women, pass.
(iv) Tuberculosis, failure.
(e) Chronic bronchitis with obstructive emphysema, bronchodilatation, bronchial tubes, asthma, failed.
(vi) Severe chronic gastric and intestinal diseases, failing.
