Dezhou University, located in Dezhou City, Shandong Province, is a comprehensive public undergraduate college in Shandong Province. With the decision of the prefectural party committee and administrative office and the approval of the provincial government, Dezhou Teachers College built a new school in the former agricultural base east of beiyuan road in the northeast suburb of Dezhou City, covering an area of 320 mu and divided into two buildings, with the north campus as the teaching area and the south campus as the staff living area. 1994 two non-normal majors, practical art and law, were added, both of which were included in the national enrollment plan.
