2008

Ltd. to Telecom H-share Company, the transfer of 99.5% equity interest in Unicom Huasheng Communication Technology Company Limited by Unicom Operating Company to Telecom H-share Company and the transfer of 100% equity interest in China Unicom (Macau) Limited by Unicom Red Chip Company and its subsidiaries to Telecom H-share Company and its subsidiaries, for a consideration of RMB43.8 billion in respect of the sale transaction of the CDMA business. On October 15, China Netcom Red Chip and China Unicom Red Chip were formally merged into China United Network Communications Limited, and China Unicom's Hong Kong listing was changed from "China Unicom Limited" to "China Unicom (Hong Kong) Limited". 2009

2010

In 2012
