Article 10: Civil disputes shall be handled in accordance with the law; where the law does not provide for such disputes, customary practices may be applied but shall not be contrary to public order and morals.
Article 593 Where one of the parties is in breach of contract as a result of a third person, he shall be liable to the other party for the breach of contract in accordance with the law. Article 1222 The medical institution is presumed to be at fault if the patient suffers damage in the diagnosis and treatment activities under one of the following circumstances:
