Innovative small and medium-sized enterprises voluntarily apply for the recognition of specialized and innovative small and medium-sized enterprises based on the principle of territoriality. The provincial small and medium-sized enterprise authorities will organize the review and on-site inspection of the enterprise's application materials and relevant supporting materials based on the recognition standards. and publicity. If there is no objection to the announcement, the provincial small and medium-sized enterprise department will identify it as a specialized, special and new small and medium-sized enterprise.
How to classify specialized and new enterprises:
On June 1, 2022, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology recently released the "Interim Measures for the Gradient Cultivation and Management of High-Quality Small and Medium-sized Enterprises" to integrate the discovery and management of high-quality small and medium-sized enterprises. The cultivation is divided into three levels: innovative small and medium-sized enterprises, specialized and special new small and medium-sized enterprises, and specialized and special new "little giant" enterprises.
Enterprises that are industrial and commercial registered within the territory of the People's Republic of China, have independent legal person status, and meet the "Classification Standards for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises" can apply, regardless of ownership.
