1. Different main substrates

The main substrate of PC board is polycarbonate, the main substrate of PVC board is polyvinyl chloride (PV board is actually PVC board), and PPV is to add poly (p-styrene) to plastic.

2. Different sound insulation effects

The sound insulation performance of PC board is better than that of PVC board, and it is the first choice for sound insulation materials.

3. Different light transmittance

The light transmittance of PC board is as high as 90%, while that of PVC board is only 70%.

4. Thermal properties and flame retardancy are different.

PC material has good heat transfer performance, its own ignition point reaches 630 degrees, it is not flammable, and it does not produce harmful gas after combustion. PVC board is also nonflammable, but it begins to decompose at 140℃, and its melting temperature is 160℃, so it is necessary to add heat stabilizer during processing.

5. Different chemical resistance.

PVC board can resist most inorganic acids, alkalis, salts and most organic solvents, and can be used as anti-corrosion materials for medicine or chemical industry. On the other hand, PC board has good tolerance to acid, alkali, salt, various oils and strong solvents in air and water.

6. Different conductivity

Both PC and PVC are good insulators, and PPV is a good polymer conductive material because of the addition of poly (p-styrene).

7. Use in different directions

PC board is the first choice of sound insulation and light transmission material; Because of its good chemical stability and insulation, PVC materials are often used to manufacture corrosion-resistant or insulating fittings. PPV material has the characteristics of electroluminescence, so it is mainly used to manufacture luminous or light detection accessories, such as organic light emitting diodes.

1.PC material

Noise barriers of highways, railways and urban elevated roads; Lighting ceilings for office buildings, department stores, hotels, villas, schools, hospitals, gymnasiums, entertainment centers and public facilities; Agricultural greenhouses and breeding greenhouses.

2. PVC materials
