Although Chongde entered the medical field when he was young, he cared about national affairs and actively pursued revolution. In War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, he took an active part in the anti-Japanese national salvation movement. In the 26th year of the Republic of China (1937), he was admitted to the National Army Officers Training Corps led by Ximenghui, joined Ximenghui, and graduated in the same year and returned to the county seat.
