Four, race characteristics
(a) event definition: the track is an artificially designed multi-vehicle hair-raising ice and snow track; divided into junior track and professional track two, cross-country rookie category using the junior track.
(2) Group Setting and Qualification
1. Group Setting: Professional, UTV, Open, Production, and Off-road Novice.
2. Qualifications: Racers must have a valid Class C or higher driver's license issued by the public security department.
3. Pilots are not allowed and must drive the car alone.
4. The Open Group can be promoted to join the Professional Group, and the Production Group can be promoted to join the Open Group. (Vehicles must meet the safety conditions of the group); UTV group drivers can apply for one group at a time.
5. The judges have the right to refuse the entry of vehicles that do not follow the regulations to affix the race number, the organizer's body advertisement and the vehicle inspection mark.
6. The UTV, Open, Production and Professional classes will be electronically timed and manually assisted; the Off-road Novice class will be manually timed.

(4) Class Starting Order
1. Subject to pre-race announcement.
2. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to adjust or determine the race flow and the starting order of each category during the race. The final announcement shall prevail.
(E) Racers' Meeting
1. The Organizing Committee will arrange for the racers to attend the Racers' Meeting before the race, and the organizing committee will regard those who do not participate in the Racers' Meeting as the racers' known content of the meeting.
2. The content of the drivers' meeting will be related to the final decision of the race process and race rules.
V. Scale of the event
(1) Local ice and snow cross-country event;
VI. Competition mode
(1) Qualifying:
1, Off-road rookie, UTV, open, production and professional groups of cars by 2-3 cars, parallel start.
2. The starting order of the racers in the qualifying stage will be based on the results of the on-site electronic or manual draw in parallel.
3. Racers who fail to check in at the specified time will be penalized 30 seconds and will start last. Racers who did not participate in qualifying will participate in the second round and start last.
4. In the course of the race, if a four-wheeled track goes out of bounds, it is necessary to return to the original track within 10 meters.
5. 20 seconds penalty for jumping the start.
6. It is not a violation for a car to move before the green light.
7. Anyone blocking other cars on the track will be disqualified by the Arbitration Committee (based on video and photos).
8. If a collision occurs on the track, it is considered normal for the collision to occur in front of the A-pillar; if it occurs behind the A-pillar, it is considered as the main responsibility of the rear car, and the front car may apply for a restart if it needs to re-run the race (based on the video and photos).
(2) Final
1. Racers who fail to check in at the specified time will be penalized 30 seconds for the final start.
2. The starting order of the first round stage racers will be generated and staggered according to the qualifying results matrix, and the order of the final race will be inverted. The starting order for the second round of the race will be based on the first round results matrix, with staggered starting positions, and the final race starting order will be in reverse order. The final result of the race will be the sum of the results of the two rounds (plus time penalties, if any).

3. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to refuse to accept a team's or racer's request for registration without giving any reason.
(2) Entry Fee (Full Refund of Entry Fee if you withdraw from the race before 16:30 on Jan. 7)
1. Professional Class: 700 RMB/person (limited to 30 cars)
2. UTV Class: 600 RMB/person (limited to 25 cars)
3. Open Class: 600 RMB/person (limited to 30 cars)
4?Production Class: 600 yuan/person (limited to 30 cars)
5, rookie group (cross-country): 300/person (limited to 80 cars, this group can not be combined with other groups)
Remarks:
1, do not accept the race organizer's advertising bearer, the registration fee of 2000 yuan/person.
2, the registration fee includes racing number stickers, advertising stickers, badges and race insurance, gifts.
VIII. Vehicle Inspection
(1) Professional Group
1. There is no restriction on vehicle modification, but it must meet the safety requirements of the event.
2. Open vehicles are not allowed. Doors and windows of the main driver position must be closed, and those with doors but no windows must be closed with mesh fabric.
3. It is required that the front glass, hood, and side window panes, (excluding the tailgate) of the participating vehicles remain true.
4, the vehicle's front and rear bar position must be retrofitted with a safety trailer hook.
5. A non-assembled roll cage that meets the safety requirements of the event must be installed.
6. Racing seats and four-point or six-point seat belts that meet race safety requirements must be installed.
7. There are no specific restrictions on the tires of participating vehicles.
8. UTVs will not be accepted in the Modified Class.
9. The car inspection judges have the right to refuse the entry of vehicles that do not meet the safety requirements of the event (studded tire studs must not exceed 11mm in length).
10. The front and rear bar positions of the vehicles must be equipped with safety trailer hooks.
(2) Open Class
1. Production 4WD models with a displacement of 6.2 or less and a seating capacity of no more than 8.
2. Replacing the engine of a non-original model, changing the original position of the engine, or adding a turbocharger will not be allowed to participate in this class.
3. There is no restriction on shock absorber modifications and additions.
4. No open top vehicles will be allowed. Doors and windows of the main driving position must be closed, and those with doors but no windows are required to close the windows with mesh fabric.
5. It is required that the front glass and the hood (excluding the tailgate) of the participating vehicles should be kept real; the windows of the main and passenger positions must be made of transparent material.
6. It is recommended to install racing seats and four-point or six-point seat belts that meet the safety requirements of the event.
7. A non-assembled roll cage that meets race safety requirements must be installed.
8. Safety tow hooks must be installed at the front and rear bar positions of the vehicle.
9. The tires of the participating vehicles are not subject to any specific limitations (the length of studded tires and car studs must not exceed 11 mm).
(3) Production Class
1. For production models with an engine displacement of 3.0 (or less) and a seating capacity of no more than 8, the original turbocharged engine in any form (gasoline/diesel) will be used to calculate the displacement value by multiplying the original displacement by a multiplier of 1.5 and 1.7.
2. Replacement of non-original model engines, change of original engine location, or addition of turbochargers will not be allowed in this class.
3. There is no restriction on shock absorber modifications and additions.
4. No open top vehicles will be allowed. The door and window of the main driving position must be closed, and those with door but no window need to use mesh fabric to close the window;
5. It is required that the participating vehicle's, front glass, hood, (excluding the tailgate) should be kept in real existence. The windows of the front and passenger positions must be made of transparent material.
6. It is recommended to install a racing seat and a four-point or six-point seat belt.
7. Roll cage must be installed.
8. Safety tow hooks must be added to the front and rear bar positions of the vehicle.
9. The tires of the participating vehicles are not subject to specific limitations (the length of studded tires and car studs must not exceed 11 mm).
(D) Off-road rookie group
1, the vehicle must be four-wheel drive cross-country and SUV models, the driver must wear a helmet, seat belts, and must use snow tires to participate in the race (not allowed to use external anti-skid measures).
2, the vehicle does not limit the displacement, does not limit the shock absorber, other parts of the original car according to the factory data standards can not be changed.
3, this group does not accept concurrent reporting with other groups.
(E) UTV Group
1, unlimited brands and displacements, steering rudder for the steering wheel type of lightweight four-wheeled all-terrain vehicles.
2. Fully enclosed cockpits as well as semi-enclosed cockpits are allowed. Semi-enclosed cockpits must be fitted with protective netting on both sides, and the netting must be installed using a quick-release device.
3. Drivers must wear full helmets and Hans.
4. There is no specific restriction on the tires of participating vehicles (studded tires studs must not exceed 11mm in length).
9. Check-in
(1) Vehicle Check-in
1. All participating cars must be checked-in in accordance with the time and place stipulated in the Race Bulletin and according to the order of the start list.
2. Crews that do not check in on time or fail to show up at the check-in will be given an extra 30 seconds for the final start.
(2) Helmets and seat belts
1. All drivers must wear helmets and seat belts.
2. The check-in judges have the right to refuse entry to the starting area to riders not wearing helmets.

XI. Insurance
(1) The organizing committee of the event will purchase 1,000,000 yuan of personal accidental death and disability insurance and 100,000 yuan of accidental injury insurance from the event underwriter for each qualified racer; the organizing committee of the cross-country rookie group will purchase 500,000 yuan of personal accidental death and disability insurance and 50,000 yuan of accidental injury insurance from the event underwriter. This insurance is mandatory; the insurance period is from the first day of the race to the end of the race, or when the racer has withdrawn from the race, or has been removed from the race for violating the rules of the race.
(2) If a racer is injured in an accident during a race, the racer must inform the Organizing Committee or the insurance company of the race at the first time of his/her injury; his/her medical expenses shall be paid by himself/herself, the team or the accompanying persons according to the situation, and the medical bills shall be kept in a safe place. However, the loss of the race vehicle or other ancillary items will not be covered by the race insurance organization. Drivers who collide with each other during the race will repair themselves (the Organizing Committee and the participating vehicles will not be responsible for any collision that occurs in the social vehicles entering the racing pit area and the check-in area, and they will repair themselves).
XII.
The organizing committee has the right to randomly inspect any vehicle during the race.
Thirteen, environmental protection regulations
(a) All participants must take the initiative to collect all kinds of garbage produced by their car groups during the race and put them into the garbage collection point.
(2) Riders (including their team members) who throw garbage will be penalized or even disqualified from the race.
XIV. Safety Obligations of Riders
(1) Participating riders and vehicles must attend the qualification test at the specified time and place.
(2) Sprint point crashed timing equipment and facilities, major accidents disqualified, drivers and registrants should bear full responsibility in accordance with the law.
(3) Riders who maliciously collide with or intentionally block other teams during the race will be disqualified from the race, and the Arbitration Committee of the race will further extend the punishment to the responsible riders.
(4) All cars must slow down when passing through the spectator area, pit area and passing route (20 yards speed limit).
(5) The organizing committee will only be responsible for the damage covered by the race insurance; it will not be responsible for any other damage.
(6) All the participating vehicles will not be responsible for damage to the organizing committee, the track collision is responsible for their own vehicle repair, do not recommend excessive value of the vehicle to participate in the race.
(7) All vehicles entering the lake, such as collision, repair themselves.
Fifteen, arbitration and complaints
(a) only allowed to participate in the driver complaints, but does not accept verbal complaints, the complainant must be in writing and video evidence of the content submitted to the event supervisor or the arbitration committee, uneasy about the normal track driving complaints, and accompanied by the payment of 3,000 yuan of arbitration deposits, complaints can be effectively returned, if the complaint is invalid or malicious complaints, the deposits will not be returned.
(2) Complaints about vehicles and race results must be submitted in writing within 30 minutes after the official announcement of the results, and the decision of the Arbitration Committee will be the final decision of the race.
(c) Complaints against referees will not be accepted.
(d) Anyone who disputes the engine of a participating car is required to pay a deposit of 20,000 RMB to the arbitration team.
Special Note: In case of conflict between the later announcement and the earlier one, the last one shall prevail. Any dispute during the race? According to 2019 China Motorcycle Sports Association rules shall prevail. Due to force majeure or security factors during the race the organizing committee has the right to change the track route and the flow of the race, the final interpretation right belongs to the organizing committee of the event.
