Second, consultation:

Consult with the respective health bureau to see if it is possible to apply for an individual clinic ( Medical institutions set up planning) (director, deputy director, medical administration section chief)

Third, clinic decoration:

Basic configuration: clinic, treatment room, disposal room (≥ 10 square meters)

Auxiliary configuration: configure the observation room, medicine cabinets, dispensing room, autoclave disinfection room

Fourth, to find a good place to do business:

The size of the area must be ≥ 40 square meters; No clinic of the same specialty within 500 meters

V. Prepare application materials:

1. Application for Setting Up a Medical Institution;

2. Feasibility Study Report for Setting Up;

3. Site Selection Report and Architectural Design Plan;

4. Proof of Credibility;

5. Copy of ID card;

6. A copy of the qualification certificate;

7. "Application for Approval of the Name of Medical Institution";

VI. Application:
