Now I have been doing mechanical design for more than 2 years, and I want to switch to mechanical equipment sales. How to answer some questions in the interview?

1. I know more about technology, that is, I know more about products. When customers ask about machines or non-standard machines, my answer is not comparable to that of non-technical personnel. This is my advantage.

I will know the customer's situation first, such as what he needs to do with the machine, the output, the degree of automation and the strength of the customer company, and then introduce it to him. Of course, if the customer asks me which machine it is first, I will introduce it immediately, and ask about the customer's situation in the introduction, and then make adjustments in time.

There are very few people who know both technology and sales now. If someone like me who knows both technology and sales doesn't apply, it means you don't know the goods.

4. The attitude should be clear, the tone should be firm, and some soft pressure should be exerted on customers. If there is too much debt, the company's capital chain will break, so explain these situations. Besides, it has something to do with your company's sales methods. At present, mechanical equipment is basically paid 30% in advance, and the rest is paid before delivery. We should put an end to arrears at the source.

You need to ask the candidate a question. If you work in your company, what resources and tools can the company give you to do business? If you are really experienced, you can judge whether you should do it or not.
