The role of the dryer is used to dry the moisture in the high-pressure air, to avoid corrosion of the brake components due to the water content in the air. The dryer must be regenerated to ensure its usability.
The existing dryer has two kinds of regeneration airway:
1, with regeneration cylinder;
2, with automatic regeneration device. It should be noted that: no matter which kind of regeneration gas path, it is necessary to check whether the regeneration gas path is smooth, and the desiccant needs to be replaced after using a certain period of time.
Expansion of the data: Precautions (1) Don't put too much desiccant so as not to stain the bottom of the crucible. (2) When moving the desiccant, hold it with both hands and press the lid firmly with your thumbs. (3) When opening the desiccator, the lid should not be lifted upward, the left hand should press the desiccator, and the right hand should carefully push the lid slightly open, and wait for the cold air to enter slowly before pushing it open completely, and the lid must be placed on the table. (4) Do not put too hot objects into the desiccator. (5) Sometimes when hotter objects are put into the desiccator, the air will expand by heat and push the lid up, in order to prevent the lid from being knocked over, it should be pressed by hand and pushed away slightly from time to time. (6) Crucibles and precipitates after scorching or drying should not be left in the desiccator for too long, or they will increase slightly in mass by absorbing some moisture. (7) The color-changing silica gel is blue when dry and turns pink when damp. Can be baked at 120 ℃ damp silica gel to be blue after repeated use, until the broken can not be used.
