At present, the most advanced chip in China is 14nm. 7nm is under development and is expected to be mass-produced by the end of the year. I hope Huawei can use it. Recently, the development of chips has been hindered by cards and various technologies, and imported equipment cannot be bought with money. It is even ridiculous that even the foundry factory prohibits trading, resulting in Huawei having no "core" available.
By the time we conquer 5nm, the advanced technology led by the United States has changed its direction, because below 3nm is the limit of silicon-based chips, and further on, there will be electron tunneling effect, that is, it will fail.
China should now bow to the west in the era of silicon-based chips, turn around, or carbon-based chips, or quantum chips, and strive to achieve overtaking in corners.
