The company's business scope is electric power equipment installation, commissioning, operation, overhaul, anticorrosion, thermal insulation and technical transformation; electric power professional technical consulting, technical services and training; electromechanical equipment repair and spare parts processing, repair, purchase and sale; own special equipment rental, leasing and overhaul.
Since the 1970s, Yao Meng Electric Power Engineering Company has been undertaking the overhaul and maintenance of the first and the fourth 300MW units in China, and over the past 30 years, it has formed an overhaul team with strong technical force, rich experience in management, complete types of work, and reasonable talent structure. At present, in addition to the overhaul and maintenance work of four 300MW and two 600MW units of Yao Electric Power Company, Yao Meng Power Engineering Company also has five thermal power maintenance project divisions in Yuxi, Xinmi, Ruiping, Fuzhou and Zhuhai and one nuclear power maintenance project division in Tianwan, with the capacity of 6,400MW.
