Article 10 Default Liability of Party B

1. During the lease period, if Party B has any of the following behaviors, Party A shall have the right to terminate the contract and take back the house, and Party B shall pay the liquidated damages to Party A in accordance with ______% of the total rent of the contract. If the payment of liquidated damages is not enough to make up for the loss of Party A, Party B shall also be responsible for compensation until it reaches to make up for all the losses.

(1) subletting or lending the house to others without Party A's written consent;

(2) dismantling or altering the structure of the house or damaging the house without Party A's written consent;

(3) altering the use of the lease as stipulated in the contract or utilizing the house to carry out unlawful activities;

(4) defaulting in the payment of rent for a total of ______ months or more. .

2. During the lease period, Party B shall pay Party A a late fee at ______% of the total amount of the above fees for each day of late payment of the fees agreed to be borne by Party B in this contract.

3. If Party B withdraws from the lease without Party A's consent during the lease period, Party B shall pay liquidated damages to Party A in the amount of ______% of the total rent of the contract. If the payment of liquidated damages is not enough to make up for the loss of Party A, Party B should also bear the responsibility of compensation.

4. If Party B pays the rent late, Party B shall pay the late fee according to the times of the daily rent for each day of late payment.

5. At the end of the lease period, Party B shall return the house as scheduled. Party B late return, every late day shall pay Party A the late fee of times the original daily rent. Party B shall also bear the losses caused by the late return to Party A.

Article 11 Disclaimer

1. Party A and Party B shall not be liable for any loss caused by force majeure that prevents Party A from continuing to fulfill this contract.

Article 12 Dispute Settlement
