2. If the holder obtains a bachelor's degree, 60 points will be accumulated.

Where professional and technical vocational qualifications need to be registered in accordance with relevant state regulations, additional points will be given after registration. The catalog of professional and technical vocational qualifications and the catalog of national vocational qualifications in skill categories shall be uniformly announced to the public by the Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security.

(4) Years of Working in the City and Paying Employee Social Insurance

The licensee shall be awarded 3 points for each year he/she has worked in the city and paid employee social insurance premiums on a monthly basis in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state and the city. If the licensee has not paid the city's employee social insurance premiums normally and has made up for it, or if the unit of employee social insurance payment is not the same as the unit where the labor (employment) contract is signed, it will not be used as the basis for the points of this item.

Article 7 (Extra Points Indicators and Point Values)

The extra points indicators include entrepreneurial talents, innovative and entrepreneurial intermediary service talents, shortage and urgent need of specialties, investment and tax payment or driving local employment, payment of employee social insurance premium base, specific public ****service areas, key areas in remote suburbs, full-time fresh graduates, commendations and awards, and spouses of persons with household registration in the city.

(I) Entrepreneurial Talents

Entrepreneurial talents who meet certain conditions will accumulate 120 points. The specific conditions for the points for entrepreneurial talents shall be formulated by the Municipal Science and Technology Commission in conjunction with relevant departments and then announced to the public.

(2) Innovation and Entrepreneurship Intermediary Service Talents

Innovation and entrepreneurship intermediary service talents meeting certain conditions will accumulate 120 points.

(4) Investment and Tax Payment or Driving Local Employment

Enterprises invested and established by the licensee in the city, according to the individual's share of investment, the average annual tax payment for the last three consecutive years is 100,000 yuan and above, or the average annual employment of 10 or more persons of the city's domicile, for every 100,000 yuan in tax payment or for every 10 persons employed by the city's domicile, 10 points will be accrued, and the maximum number of points is 120. 120 points.

(E) Payment of Employee Social Insurance Premiums

3. If the base amount of social insurance premiums paid by the licensee in the city in the last 4 years for a total of 36 months is equal to or higher than 2 times or less than 3 times of the average social wage of the workers in the city in the previous year, the licensee shall be awarded 100 points.

4. If the licensee has paid social insurance premiums in the city for 24 months in the last 3 years, which is equal to or higher than 3 times of the average social wage of the workers in the previous year, the licensee shall be awarded 120 points.
