There are three main ways to participate in the new rural cooperative medical system:
1. Centralized door-to-door collection method for township cadres: farmers take the new rural cooperative medical certificate and household registration book to the designated place of their village and group to register for insurance, fill in the registration form for payment of participants, and the handling personnel will review and collect the individual participation funds of farmers, and at the same time issue a receipt for payment of the new rural cooperative medical system uniformly printed by the Provincial Department of Finance.
2. Payment method of village collective economy: encourage villages with good village collective economy and implement unified payment of participating funds by village collective economy. The person in charge of the village shall, by virtue of the new rural cooperative medical registration book and household registration book, go to the rural new rural cooperative medical service agency to fill in the registration form for the payment of the participating personnel, and the handling personnel shall review and collect the individual farmers' participation funds, and at the same time issue a receipt for the payment of the new rural cooperative medical service uniformly printed by the Provincial Department of Finance.
3. Farmers take the initiative to pay fees in rural new rural cooperative medical care agencies: farmers register in rural new rural cooperative medical care agencies with the New Rural Cooperative Medical Care Certificate and Household Registration Book, fill in the Registration Form for Payment of Participating Personnel, and the managers will review it, collect individual farmers' participation funds, and issue receipts for new rural cooperative medical care uniformly printed by the Provincial Department of Finance.
