The ASUS computers that are listed now use this two-in-one microphone and headphone interface. It is not possible to have both headphones and microphone working together with this kind of interface. We generally recommend that you use the headset function only. If you need to use the microphone for video, we recommend using the microphone that comes with the laptop. If the sound is not clear, turn on microphone boost.
