The Amberjet UP6150 and its component resins are post-treated and regenerated to ensure minimum ionic balance leakage. The resins are shipped in extremely high regeneration types H and OH. With adequate treatment of the influent water and proper mixed-bed design, the Amberjet UP6150 achieves a water resistivity of 18 M.c. It is not possible to fully guarantee the purity of the water in a silica system with a single unit. The Amberjet UP6150 has proven its ability to produce high purity water in ultrapure water systems.
Quality Assurance:
Rohm and Haas has tested the Amberjet UP6150 for resistance, TOC, and kinetics. This will guarantee that any batch of Amberjet UP6150 will meet the stringent resin requirements of an ultrapure water system. Rohm and Haas will make every effort to ensure the quality and performance of Amberjet UP6150, as a way to make all customers feel that Amberjet UP6150 is the best choice for high quality in ultrapure water applications, Figure 4 below shows the typical curve of TOC and resistivity operation of our Amberjet UP6150
