Second, the principle and structure

Third, operation and use

1 , instructions for use :

The first time you use the baking machine, you need to rotate the top ventilation holes to the ventilation state, and set the temperature of 180 ℃, timed time of 60 minutes (i.e.: bake at a high temperature of 180 ℃ in the unloaded equipment for about 30 minutes), will be the inner liner and the stainless steel tray of the metal and other odors to remove.

2, set the method:

Before power on, please make sure that the switch is set in the "off" gear, open the power switch "POWER". The upper row of the display will show "InP" and the lower row will show "range value" for about 3 seconds and then enter into the normal display state.

① Setting the temperature and timing method:

A, in the normal display interface (PV shows the temperature inside the box, SV shows the set temperature), press the SET key for 1 second

B, the temperature on the display is blinking, press the [?] Move the blinking bit

C 、Press the up and down keys to increase or decrease the value of the blinking bit

D 、Press the SET key for 1 second to set the timer (the timer unit is minutes, and the temperature to the beginning of the timer)

E 、Press the key again to move the blinking bit with the value of the increase or decrease. (Do not need timing please set to 0)

F 、Press the SET key for 1 second to complete the setup.

(KH-350 and KH-450 to reach the specified temperature, SV display for timing time, from 0 to start timing)

(KH-550 and KH-750? KH-850 PV displays the temperature of the box, SV displays the set temperature, press [?] key to view the timing time, from 0 to start timing. Press [?] key to check the timing time, starting from 0.

Note: When the temperature inside the box reaches the set temperature, the timer function will start: the time will start from 0, and the alarm will be activated and the heating will stop when the time comes. Fans will always work normally, conducive to temperature uniformity.

3, the system self-tuning

When the temperature control effect is not ideal, the system can be self-tuning. Self-adjustment process will have a large temperature overshoot, the user in the system self-adjustment before the full consideration of this factor.

In the non-setting state, long press the "self-tuning" key (GZX-35 and -45 press the AT key [left]) (GZX-55 and -75 press the up or down key) 6 seconds to enter into the system self-tuning program, "RUN/AT" indicator light flashes, self-tuning program. Indicator light flashes, after the end of self-tuning, the indicator light stops flashing, the controller will get a better set of system PID parameters, parameter values are automatically saved. During the system self-tuning process, long press the "shift/self-tuning" key for 6 seconds to abort the self-tuning program.

In the system self-tuning process, if there is an over-temperature alarm, the "ALM" alarm lamp does not light up, and the buzzer does not sound, but the heating alarm relay will be automatically disconnected. In the process of system self-tuning "set" key is invalid. In the process of system self-tuning, no matter whether there is a constant temperature time setting, the lower row of the controller display window always shows the temperature setting value.

Fourth, note

● In the use of the sample should not be placed too crowded, so as not to affect the convection inside the box, in the placement of the box, please make sure that the box is effectively grounded to ensure safety.

● When warming up, please do not splash water on the observation window of the box door, so as not to burst the glass by cold.

● volatile, flammable and explosive substances, please do not put into the box heating, in order to prevent the explosion.

● When using the top of the box as needed, please turn the exhaust hole to the open state, to facilitate the rapid drying of the goods.

V. Maintenance and Repair:

(a), the daily maintenance of the equipment:

1, the drying box should be kept clean, the box door glass should be wiped with a soft cotton cloth, do not wipe with corrosive chemical solutions to avoid chemical reactions and bruising the glass.

2, if the drying box is not used for a long time, it should be coated with neutral grease or petroleum jelly on the plating parts to prevent corrosion, and set up a good plastic film dust cover, placed in a dry room, so as not to affect the use of electrical appliances by moisture.

2, the temperature can not rise

* Timing time to run to a fixed value of the heating tube does not work, resulting in no heating, the temperature does not go. (★ most users do not understand this function)

* check whether the fan is running, such as checking the bad (available multimeter to measure the fan pin two ends of the ~ 220V voltage), then notify the company to mail parts to solve.

*Check the line control board, use a multimeter to see if there is any output.

3, the motor does not run

* Result: there is heating, but the liner can not be circulated, resulting in a slow rise in temperature, then notify the company to replace the processing.

5, the control board shows the temperature and the box measured by the mercury thermometer difference * thermometer needs to be tested by the inspection department qualified measurement.

*Mercury thermometer measurement of the installation position: please suspend the thermometer in the center of the inner cavity, can not be placed directly on the shelf measurement.

6, the temperature display appears to jump or static, or abnormal such as "- - - -" or "mouth mouth mouth" * can judge the temperature sensor problems, be replaced to solve.
