Steps:

6, the welder environment should also pay attention to be in a ventilated environment after the work is completed in a timely manner to cut off the power to organize the scene.

Precautions in welding:

The temperature rise of the welding machine in the load welding should not exceed 60 degrees A, B 80 degrees, otherwise it should be stopped and cooled down before welding.
Welding machine workplace should be kept dry and well ventilated. Move the welding machine, should cut off the power supply, shall not be used to drag the power supply method of moving the welding machine. If welding in the sudden power failure, should cut off the power supply.
In the welding, not allowed to adjust the current. It must be adjusted by using the adjusting handle when the welding is stopped, not too fast, too hard, so as not to damage the regulator.
It is prohibited to do welding work under the crane running workpiece.
If welding in the area of the crane wire rope, care should be taken not to make the ground wire of the welder accidentally touch the wire rope, so as to avoid the occurrence of sparks and lead to accidents.
When the work must be done in the wet area, the welder must stand on the insulated board, not allowed to touch the welder wire, not allowed to hold the electrified welding tongs with the arm.
