5. Sporting goods and other goods required for participating in sports competitions, performances and training abroad; personal goods required for sightseeing, job hunting, studying and attending conferences abroad.
6. Pictures, photographs, social works, works of art, printed materials, audio-visual products broadcasted free of charge, and materials for tourism advertisements required for participation in cultural, religious or professional gatherings outside the country
7. Non-commercial items required by natural or legal persons in the border areas for the fulfillment of their work in agriculture, forestry, and fish farming, as well as for the purpose of repairing, manufacturing, and processing.

1, application qualifications:
The applicant for the ATA Documentary Register is the owner of the goods or the person who can freely dispose of the goods with the place of residence or registration in the territory of the People's Republic of China***.
2. Accepting Organization:
Applicants should apply to the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade or its branches
3. Application Procedures for ATA Document Register:
(1) Fill in the application form and attach the applicant's identity documents.
If the applicant is a natural person, provide a copy of ID card or passport;
If the applicant is an enterprise legal person, provide a copy of legal person business license;
If the applicant is an institution, provide a copy of legal person registration certificate of the institution.
(2) Fill in the general list of goods.
(3) Provide guarantee. The guarantee can be in the form of deposit, bank or insurance company guarantee or written guarantee recognized by CCPIT.
(4) Pay the handling fee for ATA Documentary List application.
4. Remarks:
Applicants applying for the ATA Documentary Credentials Register from CCPIT will be verified after filling out the application form
After receiving the applicant's application information, a payment notice will be issued to the applicant according to the relevant information. The applicant shall deliver the payment in accordance with the amount on the payment notice and the payment method selected at the time of application, and send the application form, the master list of goods, the original copy of the applicant's identity document and other documents required by the Chamber to the Certification Office of the Chamber of Commerce before the issuance of certificates.
From the date of completion of the application procedures, the CCPIT will be based on the applicant's expected date of departure as soon as possible to issue the documents, expedited issuance of certificates in 1 working day.
