Article 9 The first-aid stations (points) shall perform the following duties: (1) use a unified name, develop medical emergency plans, the implementation of twenty-four-hour response system; (2) in accordance with the provisions of the corresponding personnel, the establishment and implementation of first-aid physicians, nurses training system. Independent on-duty emergency physicians must have more than three years, emergency nurses must have more than two years of clinical experience; (3) to obey the command, scheduling and unified management of the municipal emergency medical rescue command organization, timely feedback on the emergency scene information; (4) to do a good job in the pre-hospital medical emergency information registration, summarization, statistics, storage and reporting, and to accept applications for inquiry; (5) to receive and treat patients in a timely manner; (6) in accordance with the provisions of the pre-hospital medical emergency medical care; (6) to provide the medical emergency medical care system. Article 12 According to the regional service population, service radius, traffic conditions and business demand growth and other factors, in accordance with the following conditions equipped with emergency vehicle fleet:
(1) every 40,000 resident population at least equipped with an emergency vehicle fleet;
(2) rural or more remote areas of the first aid radius of no more than eight kilometers;
(3) every 500,000 resident population at least equipped with two negative-pressure type emergency vehicle fleet.
Each first-aid vehicle group shall include first-aid vehicles, equipment and medicines equipped in accordance with the relevant national standards, and be equipped with physicians, nurses, and medical rescuers and stretcher-bearers where available. Article XIII of the first aid vehicle and pre-hospital medical emergency personnel dress should be unified logo, unified labeling of first aid station (point) name and pre-hospital medical emergency call number.
The first-aid station (point) shall ensure that the duty emergency vehicle in good condition, the duty emergency vehicle life expectancy of more than eight years or mileage of more than 400,000 kilometers in a timely manner to update.
