The state of end-of-life motor vehicle recycling and dismantling enterprises (hereinafter referred to as recycling and dismantling enterprises) to implement the qualification system, the competent departments of commerce at all levels to do a good job in accordance with the law of the recycling and dismantling enterprise qualification and supervision and management work.
"Recycling of renewable resources management measures" has corresponding provisions: Article VI engaged in recycling of renewable resources business activities, must comply with the conditions of registration of industrial and commercial administration, after receiving a business license, before engaging in business activities. Engaged in renewable resources recycling business activities, should be obtained within 30 days after the business license, according to the principle of territorial management, to the registration of the industrial and commercial administration at the same level as the competent business department or its authorized institutions for the record.
