October 21, 2019 the Supreme Court out of the judicial interpretation, Qixiang Puhui non-licensed institutions lending in accordance with the crime of illegal lending, serious disruption of the social order, shall be sentenced to five years or more than ten years of imprisonment, and may be punished by a fine.
