3, four corners and center point calibration
After the electronic scale is horizontally adjusted, it should be as close as possible to the weighing platform of the full scale to stabilize all parts of the weighing platform. Then add a certain weight to the scale for calibration. After the initial calibration, remove the weights and adjust the four corners. Press the angle with a proper weight and check the four-corner error. The general basic error is within1d. If it is smaller, it should be realized by adjusting the value of angle coefficient K.
4. Confirm that the empty scale is "0"
After debugging the load-bearing key, evenly add the weight equivalent to the maximum weight to the load-bearing platform. After the display value is consistent with the weight value according to the position and method introduced in the instructions of various weighing displays, remove the weight and confirm that the empty scale shows "0".
5, repeatability error calibration
Calibration of repeatability error of electronic platform scale: Take the maximum load (full scale) weight of electronic platform scale, put it in the center of electronic platform scale for four times, and record the reading after each stabilization.
