How to perform correct maintenance on laser cutting machine repairs

Laser cutting machines are high-precision equipment. Long-term cutting may cause the equipment to age and thus affect the life of the equipment. Orui Laser reminds the majority of laser cutting machine users to pay more attention to maintenance in daily operations. Scientific and standardized maintenance equipment can not only extend the service life of the equipment, save costs, but also create greater profit value.

1. Frequency of water tank cleaning and water replacement

The frequency of laser cutting machine water tank cleaning and water replacement is recommended. It is recommended to clean the water tank and replace the circulating water once a week.

Be sure to make sure the laser tube is filled with circulating water before working. The quality and temperature of circulating water will directly affect the service life of the laser tube. Orui Laser recommends that you use pure water and control the water temperature below 35°C. If the temperature exceeds 35°C, the circulating water needs to be replaced, or ice cubes added to the water to lower the water temperature. It is recommended that the user choose a cooler or use two water tanks.

When cleaning the water tank, it is recommended to turn off the power first, unplug the water inlet pipe, let the water in the laser tube flow into the water tank automatically, open the water tank, take out the water pump, and remove the dirt on the water pump. Clean the water tank, replace the circulating water, return the water pump to the water tank, insert the water pipe connected to the water pump into the water inlet, and arrange the joints. Orui Laser recommends that you power on the water pump separately and run it for 2-3 minutes to fill the laser tube with circulating water.

2. Fan cleaning

Long-term use of the laser cutting machine fan will accumulate a lot of solid dust in the fan, causing the fan to produce a lot of noise, which is not conducive to exhaust and Deodorize. Orui Laser recommends that when the fan suction is insufficient and the smoke exhaust is not smooth, first turn off the power, remove the air inlet and outlet ducts on the fan, remove the dust inside, then turn the fan upside down and pull out the fan blades until clean, and then install the fan.

3. Lens cleaning

It is recommended to clean the laser cutting machine lens before working every day. Before cleaning, be sure to check whether the equipment is turned off.

There are 3 reflectors and 1 focusing mirror on the laser cutting machine (No. 1 reflector is located at the emission exit of the laser tube, which is the upper left corner of the machine, No. 2 reflector is located at the left end of the beam, 3 The reflector is located on the top of the fixed part of the laser head, and the focusing lens is located in the adjustable lens barrel at the bottom of the laser head). The laser is reflected and focused by these lenses and then emitted from the laser head. The lens is easily stained with dust or other contaminants, causing laser loss or lens damage. There is no need to remove the No. 1 and No. 2 lenses when cleaning them. Just wipe the lens paper dipped in cleaning fluid carefully along the center of the lens. Edge rotary wiping. The No. 3 lens and focusing lens need to be taken out of the frame and wiped in the same way. After wiping, they can be put back in their original state.

Note:

1. The lens should be wiped gently without damaging the surface coating;

2. The wiping process should be handled with care to prevent falling; < /p>

3. When installing the focusing lens, be sure to keep the concave side downward.
