1) All first aid medicines must be placed in the designated area or location for storage in the first aid vehicle or special first aid cabinet.

3) The types and quantities of emergency medicines should ensure that they meet the needs of clinical emergency.

Article 19 The professionals engaged in pre-hospital medical emergencies include physicians, nurses and medical ambulancemen.
Physicians and nurses shall obtain the corresponding practicing qualification certificates in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations.
Medical ambulance shall be in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state by the training and examination to obtain the national professional qualification certificate; before going on duty, shall be qualified by the municipal first aid center training and assessment.
In the professional and technical job evaluation, assessment, appointment and other aspects of the above personnel should be given preference.
Article 20 The relevant paramedical rescue work that medical ambulancemen can be engaged in includes:
(1) on-site preliminary treatment of common emergencies;
(2) ventilation, hemostasis, bandaging, bone fracture fixation and other preliminary treatment of patients;
(3) carrying and escorting patients;
(4) on-site cardiopulmonary resuscitation;
(v) Instructing the public in self-rescue and mutual aid at the scene.
