The examination project required equipment:
(1) surgical area disinfection and toweling: disinfection simulation, oval forceps 2, dressing bowl, sterile cotton balls or small sterile gauze block, sterile towel 4, towel pliers 4, in the list of two single, a large single, the external skin disinfectant solution.
(2) surgical brushing techniques: disinfectant hand brush, soap solution, sterile hand towels, arm alcohol soak bucket, induction or foot-controlled non-rinse disinfectant, iodophor cotton balls.
(3) Gowning and undressing: sterile surgical gowns (anterior crossover and disposable backpack). (4) Wear sterile gloves: sterile gloves, saline.
(5) basic surgical operations: incision, suture, ligation, hemostasis. Medical incision, suture mold, sterile surgical bag, 5ml syringe, sterile gloves, surgical blades, sewing needles, sutures, gauze, topical skin disinfectant, 2% lidocaine hydrochloride. (6) debridement: medical debridement mold, sterile surgical bag, sterile saline, 5ml syringe, surgical blade, sewing needle, suture, drainage strip, brush, soap solution, 3% hydrogen peroxide, 1:5000 benzalkonium bromide solution or iodine povidone, 2% lidocaine hydrochloride, bandage, tourniquet.
(7) Hemostatic dressing of open wounds: open wound mold, external skin antiseptic solution, sterile gauze, cotton pads, bandages, triangular towels, tourniquets, record cards, pens.
(8) Abscess incision: medical abscess incision mold, sterile surgical bag, 2 dressing change bowls/dressing trays, 2 sterile forceps or hemostatic forceps, pointed blade, petroleum jelly gauze, drainage strips, physiological saline, sterile cotton balls, gauze, 5 ml syringe, needle, iodine povidone, or 1:5000 benzalkonium bromide solution, 3% hydrogen peroxide, 2% lidocaine hydrochloride.
(9) Dressing change and suture removal: medical molds, 2 dressing change bowls/dressing trays, 2 sterile tweezers or hemostatic forceps, 1 surgical scissors, saline, alcohol and sterile saline cotton balls, drainage strips, sterile gauze, cotton swabs, and topical skin disinfectant.
(10) Oxygenation: medical simulator, central oxygen oxygen device (or oxygen cylinder), disposable oxygen tubes, nasal catheters, nasal plugs, oxygen mask (with elastic band), humidification bottle, distilled water, treatment bowl (water), curved tray, sterile cotton swabs, flashlight, oxygen record sheet, pen.
(11) Suction: medical simulation, treatment bowl (containing sterile saline), disposable suction tubes, treatment towels, sterile cotton swabs, gauze, electric suction or central suction, curved tray, flashlight.
(12) Gastric tube placement: medical simulator, treatment bowl (water), disposable gastric tube, medical gloves, therapeutic towel, sterile cotton swabs, gauze, 20 ml syringe, liquid paraffin swabs, curved disk, flashlight, pins, stethoscope.
(13) Three-lumen two-bladder tube hemostasis method: medical simulator, three-lumen two-bladder tube, 50ml syringe, hemostatic forceps 3, treatment tray, sterile gauze, liquid paraffin, 0.5kg sandbag (or saline bottles), desktop sphygmomanometer, bandage.
(14) catheterization: male/female catheterization mold, catheterization kit (1 treatment bowl, 2 urinary catheters, 1 small medicine cup, 2 hemostats, 1 liquid paraffin cotton ball, 1 specimen bottle, 1 hole towel, gauze, gloves, drainage bag), disinfection kit (1 treatment bowl, 1 hemostat, cotton balls), sheet, iodine vapour, medical gloves, 20 ml syringe, saline.
(15) arterial and venous puncture: medical arterial and venous puncture molds, treatment trays, puncture needles, 5 ml or 10 ml syringes, 0.4% sodium rafate (or heparin), saline, tourniquets, sterile cotton swabs, gloves, and topical skin disinfectant.
(16) Thoracentesis: medical thoracentesis mold (can extract pleural effusion), thoracentesis kit (thoracentesis needle, drainage tube and drainage bag, hemostatic forceps, cotton balls, gloves, cavity towel, 5ml and 50ml syringe, test tubes, gauze), topical skin disinfectant, 2% lidocaine hydrochloride.
(17) Laparotomy: medical laparotomy mold (to extract fluid from the abdominal cavity), laparotomy kit (laparotomy needle, drainage tube and bag, hemostatic forceps, cotton balls, gloves, towels, 5 ml and 50 ml syringes, test tubes, gauze), topical skin antiseptic solution, 2% lidocaine hydrochloride.
(18) Lumbar puncture: medical lumbar puncture mold (to withdraw cerebrospinal fluid), lumbar puncture kit (lumbar puncture needle, cerebrospinal fluid pressure test tube, cotton balls, gloves, tampon, 5 ml and 10 ml syringes, test tubes, gauze), topical skin antiseptic, 2% lidocaine hydrochloride.
(19) Bone Marrow Puncture: medical bone marrow aspiration mold (to aspirate bone marrow fluid), bone marrow aspiration kit (bone marrow aspiration needle, cotton balls, gloves, steri-strips, 5 ml and 20 ml syringes, slides, gauze), topical skin disinfectant, 2% lidocaine hydrochloride.
(20) Handling of spinal injuries: medical simulator, stretcher or board, neck brace, immobilization straps, cotton pads.
(21) Extremity fracture scene first aid external fixation:Medical simulator, splint, tricot, bandage, cotton pads or gauze.
(22)Cardiopulmonary resuscitation:cardiopulmonary resuscitation simulator, sterile gauze, wooden pads, defibrillator, conductive paste or wet gauze.
(23)Application of simple respirator:Medical simulator, simple respirator (balloon, mask).
(24)Putting on and taking off isolation gowns:Isolation gowns, hangers (hooks).
