Competition method:
(1) The competition shall be governed by the 2014 version of the "Dragon Boat Competition Rules" revised by the Chinese Dragon Boat Association.
(2) The dragon boats, paddles and rudders used in the competition are provided by the conference, and the rudders are fixed. Each team can bring its own paddle. The paddle specifications must comply with the competition rules of the Chinese Dragon Boat Association and the colors must be consistent.
(3) Overseas participating teams are required to bring 2 national or regional flags (specification: No. 4) for hanging at the competition venue and for use in public ceremonies.
(4) The colors and styles of the competition clothing of athletes from each team must be consistent.
(5) The competition shall be in a sitting position.
(6) Competition methods and drawing lots:
1. Depending on the registration situation, the competition will be held in the form of preliminaries, semi-finals or finals.
2. The preliminary group drawing will be held at a joint meeting of the team leader, coach and chief referee; the race track and boat number will be drawn by lot at the inspection office before the game.
In order to ensure the smooth progress of this event and ensure safe and smooth road traffic, temporary traffic restrictions will be implemented on many road sections on the day of the event. Only vehicles holding relevant vehicle licenses for this dragon boat race, public security vehicles participating in the dragon boat race, and vehicles from units along the route are allowed to pass. .
