◆2, radiator blockage. When the environment around the compressor is full of dust, the long-term operation of the compressor will cause the radiator to adhere to a layer of dust or oil on the outside, and the internal structure is also easy to be clogged due to the accumulation of grease and dirt, which affects the heat dissipation effect.
◆3, the oil filter is too dirty. When the oil filter in the compressor is too dirty, the resistance oil can not enter the compressor according to the normal flow, and the compressor will be warmed up rapidly due to the insufficient cooling oil, when the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet oil is more than 0.18Mpa, it is necessary to replace the filter element.
◆4, the cooling oil level is too low. When the oil level is lower than the lower end of the inspection tube during the cold inspection of the air compressor, it should be replenished immediately.
◆5. Low oil grade or poor oil quality. The air compressor adopts the special compressor oil of the manufacturer, but the viscosity and specific heat of other low grade or poor quality oil will not reach the standard, which will cause the temperature to be too high.
◆6, fan tape broken or slack. When the tape is broken, the compressor will run for about 5min and stop automatically because of the high temperature. If the tape is too loose, it will slip and reduce the fan speed, which affects the heat dissipation, so you need to replace or adjust the tightness of the fan tape.
◆7, oil cutoff valve failure. There is an oil cut-off valve between the oil filter and the compressor, when the oil cut-off valve can not be opened due to no lubricating oil and cooling, the compressor temperature rises rapidly after the start, about 1Min or so will automatically shut down. Compressor should be removed from the main exhaust end of the temperature plug, found that the temperature plug on the dry oil, there will also be smoke from the hole. Open the air compressor access hole, remove the oil cut-off valve, use your fingers to gently dial the valve stem to see if it can be pushed back and forth or can be easily reset. If it is difficult to move or reset the valve, the valve needs to be disassembled further. If there is grease on the valve stem or valve hole, use fine sandpaper to polish it until it can slide easily; if the spring is broken or there is a foreign object, it will also affect the movement of the valve stem, and then it is necessary to replace the spring or clean the spring or the spring seat.
◆8, oil and gas separator core is too dirty. When the oil-air separator core is too dirty, the oil will affect the circulation due to excessive resistance, resulting in overheating and shutdown. In this case, the pressure difference before and after loading should be judged. When the pressure difference between the two ends is 3 accompanying at the beginning of booting or the maximum pressure difference reaches 0.1Mpa, the oil-air separator core should be cleaned up or replaced.
◆9. The thermostat bypass valve is open. The thermostat bypass valve is in the open position when the machine is cold and gradually closes after the temperature rises. When it fails, it may be in the open position all the time, and the cooling oil will flow back to the compressor directly from here without passing through the radiator, so the temperature will rise slowly and lead to the shutdown. The maintenance method is similar to that of the disconnecting valve.
◆10, exhaust pressure is too high. When the exhaust pressure exceeds the rated pressure, long time running will be due to the compressor and diesel engine overload and temperature rise leading to air compressor shutdown. If this situation needs to check and adjust the pressure valve, and then check the diesel engine throttle control system and troubleshoot this fault.
