Set up four professional institutions, respectively, transmission maintenance center, substation maintenance center, cable maintenance center and with power operation center. The four centers are responsible for grid 35 kV and above transmission line operation and maintenance work; 35 kV and above substation first and second equipment and auxiliary equipment patrol operation, professional inspection, maintenance, defects handling and emergency disposal.
Patrolling, inspection, maintenance overhaul, and specialized overhaul of cable lines and power tunnels of 35kV and above; responsible for non-stop operation of power distribution lines in suburban areas near the city, and for complex power-carrying operation in remote suburban areas.

Electric Power Dispatch Center: Responsible for the professional management of electric power regulation and control, dispatch plan, operation mode, hydropower and new energy, relay protection, dispatch automation and electric power communication within the jurisdiction area; participate in the development of the secondary system planning and so on.
Power supply company: responsible for the jurisdiction of the area within the party, government, military, organs, industrial and agricultural production, major merchants and residents living in power supply services and the region's power grid operation and maintenance work.
Training Center: responsible for the company's professional staff training institutions, mainly to carry out electric power technology, business management, information technology, electric power qualification training and skills appraisal, and undertake the company's remote training system maintenance and various types of competition and the organization of the examination.
Electric power hospital: the medical center and health management center of the power grid company.
Transmission and substation company: the main high-voltage and ultra-high-voltage transmission and substation engineering construction. With the construction of transmission and substation projects as the leading, design, construction, installation, commissioning, ultra-high-voltage operation and maintenance, processing, large parts of the transportation is equal to the integration of diversified economic entities.
Scheduling and Communication Center: mainly responsible for the company's production, maintenance scheduling, operation and maintenance of various types of communication lines and equipment, overhaul and information network system management.
DC Operation and Inspection Center: mainly responsible for the operation and maintenance management of the company's converter stations.
Logistics Service Center: mainly engaged in the company's material supply coordination, receiving and inspection, storage and custody, consumption and collocation, etc., with the material procurement, supply, emergency materials management and disposal of waste materials and other work. Ltd.: mainly engaged in transmission and transformation equipment infrastructure, technical reform work and automobile transportation, logistics, property management, catering services and other work.
