Find a calibrated flowmeter (generally use a calibrated portable ultrasonic flowmeter, needless to say how to use it) to measure the actual flow in the pipeline and compare it with GF panel. If the display is inconsistent, adjust your GF flowmeter by the following steps:
Press and hold the "ENTER" key for 2 seconds to enter the calibration interface (don't press it for too long, 5 seconds is the operation interface, and if you want a password, the default is "Up, Up and Down").
Press up or down to find the "flow K factor", adjust the value, and then press up and down at the same time to save and exit (of course, you don't know how many flow K factors to set, so you have to enter it several times and adjust it according to the value you set and the change of flow).
When the flow value is adjusted to be consistent with another flowmeter, write down the value of the flow k coefficient.
Enter the calibration interface again and find "TOTALL? K factor " , set the value to be consistent with the flow k coefficient, and then save and exit.
The k coefficient of flow is the parameter of instantaneous flow, and the total k coefficient is the parameter of cumulative flow.
You can also download the K-value calculator from its website, fill in your pipeline information and probe type, calculate the K-value you want, and modify it directly, without other flow equipment, but it is not clear whether there is any error.
