All people flying from Cambodia to China are required to take three nucleic acid tests and one serum antibody test. Of these, the first nucleic acid test is conducted at the National Institute of Public **** Health of Cambodia (NIPH) 14 days prior to boarding (excluding boarding day). If the test result is negative, the health test will start. The duration of the health test is 14 days. Please fill in the Self-health Test Form; the second nucleic acid test will be conducted at the Royal Hospital of Cambodia (RHC) on the 3rd day before boarding (excluding the boarding day); and the third test (nucleic acid and serum antibody "double test" will be conducted at the Royal Cambodian Army Hospital (RCAH) on the 2nd day before boarding.
Prevention Requirements
According to the latest requirements posted on WeChat official account of the Cambodian Embassy in Cambodia on December 25, 2021, the requirements for remote prevention and control tests for foreign passengers flying from China to central China from December 25, 2021 are adjusted as follows:
1. All persons flying from Cambodia to China must undergo three nucleic acid tests and one serum antibody test. Among them, the first nucleic acid test is conducted at the Cambodian National Institute of Public **** Health (NIPH) 14 days prior to boarding the plane (excluding the boarding day). If the test result is negative, the health test will start. The duration of the health test is 14 days. Please fill in the Self-health Test Form; the second nucleic acid test will be conducted at the Royal Hospital of Cambodia (RHC) on the 3rd day before boarding the plane (excluding the boarding day); and the third test (nucleic acid and serum antibody "double test" will be conducted at the Royal Army Hospital of Cambodia (RAMC) on the 2nd day before boarding the plane.
For example: if you fly to China on January 15, you must do the first nucleic acid test at NIPH on the day before boarding (the 14th day excluding the boarding day), i.e., on January 1; if the result of the first nucleic acid test is negative, you will go to the Royal Cambodian Army Hospital to do the second nucleic acid test on the 3rd day before boarding (i.e., on January 12), and then go to the hotels designated by the airlines on the same day with the negative report of the first and the second nucleic acid tests. 4 days of closed-loop isolation in a single room; 2 days before boarding (i.e., January 13-14, the airline arranged to go to the Royal Cambodian Hospital for the third test, i.e., nucleic acid and serum antibody "double test".
II. The cost of flying to China for the nucleic acid and serum antibody tests at NIPH and Wang Jiajun Hospital remains unchanged. Each nucleic acid test will cost $100 and each serum antibody test will cost $20, with no fee for the associated test report.
Three. The documents needed to apply for a health code for those flying to China remain unchanged. Please continue to submit the relevant materials according to the consular notification issued by the Embassy on August 29, 2021.
