Jinfo Mountain is located in Nanchuan District of Chongqing City, the northern part of the Dalou Mountain Range, with an area of 1,300 square kilometers and a scenic area of 441 square kilometers. Phoenix Ridge is the highest peak of Jinfo Mountain, with an altitude of 2,238 meters, a forest coverage of more than 95%, and an anion content of about 100,000 negative oxygen ions per cubic centimeter.
The top of Jinfo Mountain, at an altitude of 1,800-2,100 meters, develops three huge and ancient high-altitude underground river cave systems (Gufo-dong - Fairy Cave - Lingguan-dong - Swallow Cave Cave System, Jinfo-dong -Yangzi Cave Cave System, Guanyin Cave Cave System), with an exploratory length of more than 25 kilometers, a cave width of 20-120 meters, a height of 10-80 meters, and measured cave deposits earlier than 3.8 million years. The caves are huge in scale, formed in a long time, with clear development levels, reflecting the major changes in the hydrogeology and ancient karst landscape evolution environment of Jinfoshan area.

From Chongqing through the Chongqing-Chongqing Expressway Nanchuan station, you can go to the west scenic spot of Jinfo Mountain (21 km), Shenlong Gorge scenic spot (31 km);
From Chongqing through the Chongqing-Chongqing Expressway Jinfo Mountain North station, you can go to the north scenic spot of Jinfo Mountain (14 kilometers), Shanwangping Scenic Area (42 kilometers), and Nanzhushan Forest Park (20 kilometers);
From Chongqing, you can go to Lixiang Lake Scenic Area (9 kilometers) via Chongqing under Daguan Station of Chongqing-Chongqing Expressway.

(1) Golden Turtle Sunrise
Jinfo Mountain Golden Turtle Sunrise is a marvelous landscape composed of the western slope of the wall and the gentle slopes on the mountain. Slope for the size of the two mountains, the large slope is like an oval turtle back, extremely full, small slope more narrow, very much like the head of the turtle stretching out, and the wall just constitutes the edge of the turtle plate, the size of the body is large, "the turtle body" is about 300 meters high, about 500 meters long. Whenever the sun sets, the sunlight reflects on the long wall, shining golden light, so it is called the Golden Tortoise Sunrise. The mountain looks like a turtle waiting for a thousand years, stretching its neck and gazing into the distance, watching the sunrise and sunset; looking at the sea of clouds and the Buddha's light; and it seems to be waiting for a certain appointment or welcoming someone's arrival.
(2) Bitan Valley Scenic Spot
Jinfo Mountain Bitan Valley Scenic Spot is located in the west of the newly developed Jinfo Mountain National Scenic Spot, which is a canyon type eco-tourism scenic spot, and Bitan Valley is one of the representative scenic spots of the canyon type eco-tourism in Jinfo Mountain. It is divided into five experience sections: listening to springs in the valley, stone cliffs and Zen, returning to the garden, visiting the wall, and geological wonders. There are up to 100,000 negative oxygen ions per cubic centimeter. The scenic canyon is 3.5 kilometers long and takes about 2 hours to explore. At the same time, this scenic spot is also one of the components of the Western Slope Uphill Walking Trail, the entire Western Slope Uphill Walking Trail starts from here and goes up to the top of the mountain, a total length of 13 kilometers, the whole journey takes about 3-4 hours.
(3) Jinfo Mountain Jibi Trestle
The Jibi Trestle is the most scenic view of Jinfo Mountain, which is 3.5 kilometers long, 1.5 kilometers of which is built on the vertical 90-degree cliff, 40-50 meters from the ground, which connects Golden Turtle Sunrise, Arrow Bamboo Sea, Lingguan Cave, Ecological Stone Forest and other attractions.
