Chapter II Functions and Scope of Business
Article 8 The Association performs its functions in accordance with the provisions of Article 30 of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Consumer Rights and Interests of the People's Republic of China
Article 2, as well as Article 16 of the Regulations for the Protection of the Legitimate Rights and Interests of Consumers in Hebei Province. At the same time, it carries out the following business activities:
(1) to publicize national laws and regulations as well as guidelines and policies on consumption and the protection of consumers' rights and interests, and to carry out consumer education;
(2) to study theories in the field of consumption and the protection of consumers' rights and interests and to organize and participate in academic activities thereon;
