The internal management of the village health center shall be decided by the villagers' committee and the health center. The selection, appointment and dismissal of village health personnel shall be put forward by the villagers' meeting or the villagers' committee, together with the township health center to make a decision. Article 11 The county health administrative department shall formulate the business training plan and annual plan for village health personnel within its jurisdiction, and adopt various channels, levels and forms to improve the business level of village health personnel.

Article 12 The annual training time for village health personnel is generally not less than fifteen days. The training time can be decentralized or centralized. Article 14 The duties of the director of a village health center shall be:

Article XVII of the village health clinic fees can be slightly higher than the national medical institutions. Specific charges may be set by the county health administrative department and the price department at the same level, in accordance with the specific local conditions **** with the negotiation, but shall not be higher than 30% of the public medical fees. Drugs as well as family planning surgery must be charged in accordance with the state price.
