On-site assessment in all urban areas, take a combination of open and unannounced visits, random sampling, the number of places, units, residential areas should be sufficient to reflect the overall situation.
The National Sanitation Committee will name and recognize the cities that have been assessed and recognized as having met the National Sanitation Cities Standard. Before the naming, it will continue to listen to the opinions of all sectors of the society, and will postpone or cancel the naming of cities that are found to have made false statements, depending on the seriousness of the case.
National sanitary cities are not lifelong. The National Sanitation Office will organize re-inspection from time to time, re-inspection in the form of unannounced visits. Those who fail in the first review will be notified and criticized, and will be given a deadline to improve. If the second review still fails, the honorary title will be withdrawn.
