In order to adapt to the new situation of China's reform and opening up, further establish and improve the legal system of the socialist market economy, conscientiously fulfill China's commitment to join the World Trade Organization (WTO), accelerate the transformation of government functions, and improve the level of administration in accordance with the law, the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation (MOFTEC) The Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation (MOFTEC) has conducted a comprehensive cleanup of existing departmental regulations. After cleaning, the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation decided: the second batch of departmental regulations abolished 100 (catalog see annex).
It is hereby announced that they will be repealed from the date of announcement.
