Over the past few years, we have insisted on continuously improving the quality system of the laboratory with the requirements of ISO/IEC guideline 25 and ISO/IEC17025, and formed a scientific management system with quality management as the core. We strictly control the testing processes such as sample representativeness, equipment, testing standards, methods, personnel quality, environmental conditions, calibration, validation, etc. At the same time, we have included service quality, work quality, fairness control, and report timeliness into the focus of quality assurance activities. With the development of FCII, we have put the technology, management consulting, certified factory inspection, training and other work service quality also into the scope of quality control.
