1. Enterprises in the past 5 years have undertaken nondestructive testing of more than 1 of the following 2 of the projects listed, and the quality of the project is qualified.
(1). Average annual testing of boiler pressure vessels, non-standard equipment, the total number of not less than 30 units, not less than 50 kilometers of pressure piping
(2). Average annual testing of storage tanks with a volume of not less than 40,000 cubic meters.
2. The manager of the enterprise has more than 10 years of experience in engineering management; the chief engineer has more than 10 years of experience in nondestructive testing, construction and technical management of the construction and has a professional title of intermediate or above and RT Ⅲ or UT Ⅲ qualification; chief accountant has an intermediate or above the title of accounting.
Enterprises have engaged in the construction of the professional management experience in engineering and technical personnel with titles of not less than 15 people, of which not less than 3 people with senior titles; technical personnel with RT Ⅲ or UT Ⅲ level of qualification of not less than 5 people, with nondestructive testing of Ⅱ level of qualification of not less than 30 people, and engaged in a variety of testing methods of the personnel qualifications are complete.
