This specification is the basic requirement for medical institutions and their medical personnel to carry out hyperbaric oxygen therapy technology in Guangdong Province.

I, the basic requirements of medical institutions
(a) medical institutions to carry out hyperbaric oxygen therapy technology level should be appropriate to its functions, tasks and technical capabilities.
(2) the acquisition, installation, use, management, maintenance, transformation and inspection of medical oxygen chamber must strictly implement the national quality and technical supervision as well as the relevant provisions of the competent departments of health and health.
(C) medical oxygen tank site settings and supporting equipment.
1. Installation of medical oxygen tank site should be well ventilated, away from high-voltage power distribution room, flammable and explosive sources (oxygen tank supporting oxygen supply, oxygen storage device except), fire, heat and various sources of air pollution.
2. Hyperbaric oxygen department (room) should not be too far away from the emergency department (room) and inpatient area, there should be a convenient transport channel for patient treatment.
3. Hyperbaric oxygen treatment area should be implemented closed management. According to the type of oxygen chamber and room conditions, set up the corresponding hyperbaric oxygen therapy room, equipment room, waiting room, staff office, locker room, clean storage area for oxygen appliances and restrooms.
4. Hyperbaric oxygen therapy area should be equipped with emergency vehicles, ready for the necessary first aid drugs and equipment. Rescue medicines refer to the clinical department emergency medicine cabinet configuration, equipment should at least include extracabinic oxygen device, negative pressure suction device, respirator
