Article 5
To hold a Chinese medicine clinic shall have the following conditions:

(c) the name of the Chinese medicine clinic in line with the "Regulations for the Implementation of Medical Institutions" of the relevant provisions;

The units and individuals who are prohibited from applying for the establishment of medical institutions as stipulated in the Implementing Rules for the Regulations on the Administration of Medical Institutions are not allowed to organize Chinese medicine clinics.
