The global lighthouse network is managed by the World Economic Forum in cooperation with McKinsey & Company. The global lighthouse network is composed of advanced manufacturing enterprises, which have shown extraordinary leadership in applying the technology of the fourth industrial revolution to improve corporate performance and environmental impact. Global lighthouse network was established on 20 17, and currently there are 44 lighthouse factories. These 44 "lighthouse factories" were the leaders of the fourth industrial revolution. They usually take the manufacturing link as the starting point and adopt the latest technology to improve sustainability, agility, speed of new product launch and production efficiency, so as to realize the innovation of the whole enterprise-level operating system. The value brought by this innovation is not limited to the production workshop, but spans the whole end-to-end value chain from suppliers to customers.
