Despite the fact that modern medicine has made many contributions to science, 100 years of clinical evidence in Western medicine has shown that it is still moving from one error to another, without progress. When I say "no progress", I am referring to clinical effectiveness and the preservation of life and health, not to some of its medical techniques. Medical technology is for doctors. When doctors use it well, it can preserve life and health; when doctors use it poorly, it may jeopardize people's life and health. It is reported that 2 million people are hospitalized in the United States each year due to medical errors; 100,000 of them die. So far, many people are still unaware of the two sides of medical technology and lack due vigilance against Western medicine.
Japan fully embraced Western medicine in the last century and legislated against Chinese medicine. However, a century later they vindicated Chinese medicine and stipulated that from 2006 onwards, all doctors running clinics have to pass the basic theory of Chinese medicine; and in 2008, all doctors who want to get a clinic license have to take the basic theory of Chinese medicine examination and obtain a certificate of competency. The rationale lies in the fact that they feel that there has been no progress in the effectiveness of Western medicine over the past century: "it stays at about 1/5". (See Hong Kong's Asia Weekly, Vol. 18, No. 31)
Why has Western medicine failed to make the slightest progress in its efficacy for a century?
It is well known that the vast majority of patients go to hospitals, and that is because of annoying pain. Headache, migraine, rheumatoid, gout, arthritis, herpes, ankylosing spondylitis, tennis, frozen shoulder, sciatica, and so on, all to solve the word "pain". However, which doctor can guarantee that he can cure these diseases so that patients no longer take medicine? The prescriptions they give to patients are nothing more than some painkillers (or painkillers), or hormones such as prednisone, and nothing else. However, can these medicines cure the patients? No disease can be cured by painkillers or prednisone. And, with the passage of time, those who take the drugs will gradually get sicker and sicker until they are untreatable.
The most common symptom is known to be fever. Usually, fever is the human life fighting against the disease, a kind of self-defense ability to play, but it is rendered as a terrible monster by the market. When a child in the family has a fever, people wait in long lines at the pediatrician's office, desperate for the fever to subside a few minutes sooner. Doctors administer antipyretic injections, prednisone, and antimicrobials, knowing that none of these practices are right, and disregarding the child's health in order to curry favor with the sick family.
"Don't Let the Doctor Kill You" has a telling: many doctors don't know how to treat pain properly. Experts claim that 3/4 of patients suffering from pain are not getting competent treatment. I believe there are two main reasons for this: the first is that medical schools teach far too little about how to treat pain. Many standard textbooks do not even mention pain. Second, continuing education for physicians is controlled by pharmaceutical companies whose interest is in selling their expensive, highly profitable new drugs. (Don't Let the Doctor Kill You, 82 pages, translated by Zhu Yi, Shaanxi Normal University Press, January 2003)
The above situation is evident from the fact that the pharmaceutical companies in the West control the power of physician re-education and, therefore, the power of the standardized textbooks that are developed. The real reason why these textbooks are reluctant to mention the treatment of pain is that it will create distrust of painkillers and skepticism about this method of pain relief, allowing the efficacy of Western medicine to progress. What the pharmaceutical companies need is for the painkillers to be constantly updated and progressively more expensive, and for people to become as dependent on them as they are on heroin. So the pharmaceutical companies are simply unwilling to take pain treatment research one step further; even if someone were to come up with a way to improve pain efficacy, the pharmaceutical companies would find a way to jam it up so that it wouldn't come to fruition. The reason is that painkillers and prednisone "create" a temporary effect and give them a permanent clientele, and that's what they want.
How to correctly treat pain must first correctly recognize the cause of pain. Pain to life, it is just a signal that something is wrong on the surface of the body or or somewhere in the body, pain can be localized. If a person without the sense of pain, when the pain and can not send pain, then the person, that is very dangerous. For example, if a flame burns a finger, a person who has no sense of pain will not retract the finger back, so will it not burn the finger without realizing it? Evidently, pain is also a necessity for the existence of life. Since pain is a need for the existence of life, then, when pain occurs in the body, can it not be solved by painkillers?
Asia Weekly specifically mentions two diseases, hypertension and diabetes, for which Western medicine is ineffective. The article argues that both diseases are caused by microcirculation disorders. Since there is no western medicine that can treat diabetes and hypertension, all antihypertensive and hypoglycemic drugs have a uniform fault, that is, their efficacy is temporary. The rationale lies in the fact that there is something wrong with both diseases:
High blood pressure is not a disease, and the Western medicine sphygmomanometer creates an unscientific standard (in 1990, Germany set the standard for high blood pressure at 160~100mmHg, and determined who was a patient according to this standard; however, in 1994, Germany's Alliance Against High Blood Pressure announced that the standard for high blood pressure would be lowered to 140~90mmHg. The League Against Hypertension is an interest group made up of doctors and drug company employees. In order to sell more antihypertensive tablets, they took the liberty of lowering the standard for high blood pressure. It is evident that there is no standard for hypertension. The standard is inherently unscientific.
Life requires blood pressure and it can be controlled as needed. When the blood in the veins is made more viscous due to increase in lipids or cholesterol, or decrease in water content, it will actively regulate high blood pressure. People sometimes need to increase the blood supply to the cerebral blood vessels due to stressful thoughts, and life will likewise adjust the blood pressure upward in order to make the blood supply to the brain sufficient. However, when the mind relaxes, the blood pressure will naturally fall. This shows that the blood pressure's sometimes high and sometimes low is the need of life to maintain its own existence, how can medical science take its data measured at a certain time as the standard of illness? In other words, blood pressure is dynamic, and it is now wrong to take a static value as a criterion for illness. This mistake is the reason why hypertension cannot be cured. In Japan, hypertension cannot be cured because it is a microcirculation disorder, and it has been treated successfully by promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, which has some truth in it. Because, in some people, because of the blood viscous so that the blood flow is not favorable to produce blood stasis, microvessels are blocked resulting in increased blood pressure.
Taking diabetes as an example, the determination of diabetes is based on the blood glucose index as a standard, which is of course incorrect. The name is diabetes, that is, there is sugar in the urine, not sugar in the blood. There is no sugar in the urine, there is sugar, is because there is a disease. And there is sugar in the blood, and the sugar is low, people will not feel good, will feel panicky, hungry, sweating more than, this is called hypoglycemia. When the sugar level in the blood is high, people will also feel uncomfortable, thirst leads to drink, eat more and get hungry easily, urinate more and contain sugar, which is called diabetes. Hypoglycemia is a disease, and so is hyperglycemia. The reason why people don't get these two diseases is because life has an ability to control sugar. As a result, blood sugar does not rise too high on a full stomach and does not fall too low when hungry. This is what keeps many people from starving for days without dying of low blood sugar when they are in distress. Nowadays, some people get diabetes because they eat too much and the pancreatic islets that control blood sugar in the body are damaged, resulting in high blood sugar. The high blood sugar exceeds the range of the kidney's filtering function and flows into the urine, causing diabetes. As a matter of fact, the determination of diabetes should be based on whether or not there is sugar in the urine, and should not be based on the blood glucose level as a criterion. Because the same reason as the blood pressure level: blood sugar is the need of life existence. Life according to the need to control the standard of blood sugar. For example, when a person is exercising, the blood sugar will rise in order to supply sufficient calories; when a person is quiet, the calorie need is low, and life will automatically lower the blood sugar. Thus, blood sugar levels are also dynamic. How can one set a static standard for a dynamic blood sugar? It is evident that such a standard is very unscientific. The reason for this unscientific approach is that the pharmaceutical companies have found that the business of hypoglycemic drugs is very profitable, and that a person with high blood sugar can feel that his disease is under control and at the same time make money for the rest of his life. Therefore, the invention of insulin, was blown to attack the door of life,
According to the author's clinical experience, the treatment of diabetes, should be treated for damage to the pancreatic islets, and should not be lowered blood glucose; the use of lowered blood glucose can be imagined to see is the conspiracy of the pharmaceutical companies, because only lowered blood glucose in order to maintain a permanent "customer". How to repair the function of the pancreas? The reason is very simple: the use of starvation therapy, so that the pancreatic islets are not burdened, you can automatically repair. If there are symptoms of thirst in the early stage of the disease, ginseng and white tiger soup, ginseng and wheat powder with pollen can be used. If there is a combination of stasis (i.e. microcirculation disorders) can be added with Tao Hong Si Wu Tang.
Recently, there have been many non-mainstream medical practitioners and medical heretics in the West who are constantly exposing the ills of modern mainstream medicine. Some of these ills are related to society, and some are related to medicine itself, but none of them have found the root cause. One of these roots is the misuse of the body as life. This is because Western internal pathology is based on anatomy. When a sick person dies, the pathologist dissects the body and tries to find out the cause of death from the body. Will the pathologists produced by the pathology established in this way be able to find the cause of illness? The cure for illness is the cause of illness, but anatomy dissects lifeless corpses, so how can the cause of illness be found in the corpses? The mistake has been exploited by businessmen, and the nature of medicine has changed: from saving people's lives to harming people's lives; from helping people's health to misusing people's health.
This misunderstanding is the reason why doctors in the West went on strike and mortality rates fell. Now, the rise of alternative medicine in the West, especially in the U.S., the performance is more obvious. 1998, Harvard Medical School made a survey, by the U.S. medical management has been "unscientific" disparagement of alternative health care institutions of medical fee (turnover) income, has exceeded the regular hospital medical fee income. This shows that the trust of the American people in regular hospitals with advanced equipment and reimbursement of medical expenses is lower than that of alternative medical institutions without advanced equipment and out-of-pocket expenses, which have always been denigrated by the officials of the medical administration. Why would people prefer to pay out of pocket for alternative care rather than go to a reimbursable regular hospital? The reasoning lies in the fact that they feel that life and health are undoubtedly something that money can't exchange.
The American people have come to realize that there is something seriously wrong with their regular hospitals. This contradiction is even more pronounced when medical care becomes a universal requirement. As Mendelsohn, M.D., director of the Illinois Board of Physician Credentialing, said, "There is nothing more dangerous than walking into a doctor's office, clinic, or hospital." People seek medical care in order to be cured. Healing is for making life healthy. How can it be explained that seeking a doctor's treatment in a hospital to preserve health has now become the most dangerous thing you can do? The point is that modern medicine has made a big mistake - treating the body as life. Medicine is the study of making life healthy learning, but now it has become in the body to cut cut cut technology, this concept of confusion, the level of decline will of course make many people do not die in the disease and die in the medical.
"If you think that doctors prescribe to you all based on science, all the right medicine, then you are really naive. Most doctors don't realize how drugs are researched and developed. When a doctor pulls out a pen and paper to write a prescription, he remembers only what the pharmaceutical company representative described or what the pharmaceutical company advertised. Doctors are no longer a profession - a fact that is cruel enough, as today's doctors are merely subservient to the pharmaceutical companies. Once-respected doctors now willingly allow their souls to be bought by pharmaceutical companies for free lunches, giveaways, and free rounds of golf." (Don't Let the Doctors Kill You, p. 7)
When Western doctors find that their chosen lifelong profession has fallen from the lofty seat of the vaunted white angel to "corporate apparatchik of the pharmaceutical companies," some feel so shabby that they take their own lives: that's the reason for the high rate of suicides among Western doctors. Because, with a good heart, when he put his youthful years, pay in medical studies, he hoped that he could bring people in the community to live a long and healthy life, the reality is not as desired. Not only did he not realize his wish, but he did the exact opposite of his ideal. He found that he had gone astray and was condemned by his conscience. Some became heretics and wrote books exposing the insidious nature of modern medicine.
Medicine is the study of human life and health, not the technique of cutting and slashing at the body. One of the biggest problems with modern medicine is the belief that if you find a sick spot in the body and cut out the sick part, the disease will be cured. Many people have become master surgeons under the guidance of this idea, many have become Western medical scientists, and many have become victims of the theory of pathology put forward by these pathologists, and their deaths are the result of the practice of this theory of pathology. Therefore, the so-called so-called surgeons should be called surgical technicians. This confusion of concepts is the reason why so many people have died.
