The waveform of the left eye in the report is normal at your age, indicating that the function of the left eye optic nerve is normal.
From the right eye in the report, there is no obvious waveform, and there are two reasons why the waveform cannot be judged:
1. Optic nerve injury
2. Before, the right eye vision was above 1.0, and now it is reduced to 1.0 (explain, your vision was above 1.0 at first, and then your myopia decreased. After excimer surgery, your vision can be maintained at around 1.0, indicating that the optic nerve has not shrunk, and you can still achieve 1.0 vision. )
I suggest you do another visual field test. Visual field examination, like electrophysiology, belongs to the examination of optic nerve function. If the visual field of the optic nerve is normal (like this electrophysiological result, I estimate it will be normal), then your right eye is not blind because of visual function.
You had good strength after excimer surgery on your right eye. I prefer retinal or macular damage or vitreous opacity caused by trauma. Just do an angiogram or OCT.
Accurate judicial expertise should be blindness caused by traffic accidents, not optic atrophy.
