The lead content of lead-free copper varies from product to product:
1, RoHs : Electronic and automotive parts, Pb 0.1% or less (exception: copper alloy Pb 4.0% or less).
2. California AB 1953 : Sanitary ware and various valves, Pb equivalent 0.25% or less. This lead-free refers not to the amount of lead in the materials of pipes, plumbing fixtures and fixtures, but the weighted average lead content of pipes, plumbing fixtures and fixtures over the surface of the water does not exceed 0.25%, as determined in accordance with the prescribed formula.
3, CDA (American Copper Industry Association): Pb 0.09% or less.
4, the U.S. electronics industry: Pb 0.01% or less.
Lead-free brass is widely used in medical equipment components, IT communication components, cable TV components, electronic and electrical connectors, connectors, screws, water purification equipment components, valves, hardware devices, clothing, zippers and other industries.
Extended Information:
Main Applications:
HDT-1 ( HBi60-0.5): Suitable for processing bolts, nuts, small screws, bearings, gears, valves, clocks and watches, IT industry, precision instruments, luxury hardware, door locks parts. Mainly corresponds to HPb59-1 use.
HDT-2 (HBi60-0.8): used in the fast cutting requirements of parts, electronic connectors, a variety of water pipes and fittings, screws, air-conditioning valves and other processing and manufacturing. It can replace the use of HPb59-2.
HDT-3 (HBi60-1.1): the material is widely used in the need for cold riveting easy cutting processing of brass components, electrical switch components, automotive parts, easy cutting processing outside, but also need to cold riveting processing parts.
